Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers urged state Attorney General Mark Brnovich to start focusing on taking legal action against people who were allegedly involved in nefarious activities during the 2020 election.
“Less letters, more subpoenas. Less requests, more warrants. Less talk, more arrests,” she tweeted Monday, before directing one at Brnovich specifically.

“Good night to everyone but @GeneralBrnovich who hasn’t done anything yet to fix our broken elections! Start arresting people!” she said in a separate Twitter post.

Rogers also responded to a video posted by AG Brnovich where he vowed to “keep fighting” against the Biden Administration’s policies affecting Arizonans.
“The elephant in the room is #ElectionIntegrity,” Sen. Rogers responded. “This is a single issue state and a single issue race for US Senate. Dominate that issue, and you win. How do you dominate? Arrest those who stole our elections and deleted the election data.”

Brnovich is also under pressure from Former President Donald Trump.
“The lackluster Attorney General of Arizona, Mark Brnovich, has to get on the ball and catch up with the great Republican Patriots in the Arizona State Senate,” Trump said in a statement in May. “As massive crime in the 2020 Election is becoming more and more evident and obvious, Brnovich is nowhere to be found.”
The Arizona Republic noted in an editorial published Tuesday, however, that Brnovich doesn’t have anything to work towards in terms of legally holding anyone responsible, which has put him in a tough spot, politically, as he seeks to knock off Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) during next year’s midterms.
