A newly released email from Sarah Ferguson suggests convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein may have fathered a child in 2011, years after his criminal conviction for sex crimes involving a minor.
The revelation emerged from documents released by the Department of Justice on Friday as part of a massive document dump totaling more than 3 million pages related to the Epstein case.
Ferguson, the ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, sent the email to Epstein on September 21, 2011.
At that time, Epstein had already been convicted of sex with an underage girl.
The email contained a congratulatory message regarding the reported birth of a baby boy.
Ferguson referenced learning this information from “The Duke” in her correspondence.
“Don’t know if you’re still on this bbm but have heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy,” Ferguson wrote in the message.
Despite acknowledging a lack of recent contact, Ferguson extended her well-wishes to Epstein.
“Even though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship, and congratualtions [sic] on your baby boy. Sarah xx [sic],” the email stated.
A second message from Ferguson indicated she had lost track of Epstein’s whereabouts. She claimed she was unaware he was expecting a child.
The identity and current whereabouts of any alleged child remain unknown. No public records have confirmed the existence of such a child.
Epstein’s last known romantic partner was Karyna Shuliak. Reports indicate he planned to leave her substantial assets from his estate.
His proposed inheritance to Shuliak included his notorious private island. He also intended to bequeath her $50 million and his Upper East Side townhouse in Manhattan.

The woman, who remains unnamed, claims Jeffrey Epstein flew her to Britain when she was in her 20s for a sexual encounter with Andrew at his Royal Lodge residence in 2010.
