According to a report by Fox News, a former Obama administration official claims that President Joe Biden is a “criminal” and the FBI has ignored his assertions of criminal activity.
Mike McCormick, who served as a stenographer at the White House for 15 years, claims Joe Biden was involved in a “kickback scheme” when serving as vice president.
Reportedly, the kickbacks began when Hunter Biden moved into executive roles in foreign businesses, though he had no special training or experience to qualify him to serve in those roles.
Critics claim foreign businesses paid Hunter significant salaries in exchange for access to the vice president and favorable government treatment. Reportedly, Joe Biden received financial “kickbacks” for providing access to the White House.
McCormick told “Fox & Friends First” the FBI has ignored his claims despite stating his willingness to testify under oath before a federal grand jury. Reportedly, his evidence includes noting that foreign business leaders visited the White House at least 80 times with Biden served as vice president.
In his Thursday morning interview, McCormick said: “In February, I went to the FBI and filed one of their tips on their website. If you do that, and you’re lying to them, you go to jail. I’m not lying. I’m telling the truth, and I’m not going to jail.”
McCormick asserted: “Joe Biden is a criminal. He was conducting malfeasance in office to enrich his family. Jake Sullivan is a conspirator in that, and there’s more… Obama officials involved in it, I believe.”
The former White House stenographer, who worked with Biden from 2011 to 2017, recounted a dialogue between then Vice President Biden, an aide, Jake Sullivan, and the press on Air Force Two. The conversation took place on April 21, 2014, just two before Biden’s trip to Kyiv, Ukraine.
Sullivan, the current national security adviser, reportedly profiled to the press a White House transcript noting Biden’s priorities in advance of his trip to Ukraine. The report noted a commitment to invest in Ukraine’s energy sector.
The New York Post reported that U.S. financial commitments to Ukraine came not long after Hunter joined the board of Burisma, a leading Ukrainian Energy Company.
Several months later, Congress allocated $50 million to support Ukraine’s energy interests.
McCormick recalled:
“I’m sitting back there with a tape recorder. Jake Sullivan comes back and somebody asks about fracking. His answer is, well, we’re bringing a lot of American assistance over for fracking.
“Burisma was the direct beneficiary of that fracking, and that’s what I recorded, and that’s in a White House transcript. In the transcript, you don’t know who Jake Sullivan is. It’s a senior administration official.
“I’m the witness that says Jake Sullivan is the guy who said it and he should be investigated because at the time Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma and Joe Biden is bringing American taxpayer money to enrich that company and himself and his family.”
McCormick faults Joe Biden for not disclosing to Congress that his son Hunter had joined Burisma’s board before they approved $50 million in support.
In a stunning charge, McCormick shared on Fox that Biden used his influence to secure a lucrative position for his son and that the timeline of the events suggests that he funneled American money overseas to “enrich” himself.
In 2018, authorities initiated a federal investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings. However, conservatives charge that the investigation, prompted by “suspicious activity reports (SARs) regarding suspicious foreign transactions,” was stalled by the Democratic-led Congress.
New House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has vowed to continue and expand the investigation, which reportedly involves money being funneled to “China and other foreign nations.”
McCormick reiterated his willingness to testify: “If David Weiss can’t have me in front of his grand jury explaining what I know as a witness, that’s a fraudulent grand jury. It’s a fraudulent use of the American judicial system to cover for Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s crimes in office.”
Biden has repeatedly claimed he did not speak to Hunter regarding his overseas business dealings. McCormick asserts his information incriminates Biden and others in his orbit.
McCormick told Fox News: “If I went in there, I would tell them to have Barack Obama called in as a witness because he’s part of the conspiracy. He’s an ex-president. He has to answer who was in charge of this, putting Joe Biden into this role? Did Barack Obama know about it?”
McCormick continued: “There’s evidence I’ve seen and put in my Substack on April 16th, so two days before Hunter joins Joe Biden is with Hunter in the West Wing. They have a meeting, and then later that day in the evening, Joe Biden spends a day in the limousine in the back of Barack Obama’s limousine in western Pennsylvania.”
