Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Joe Biden’s leading voice and policy maker on COVID-19, has been accused of gross mismanagement of the pandemic, deliberately misleading the public, penalizing dissenting voices and making false statements to Congress.
Congressional officials ordered the former head of the National Institute of Health to testify again to Congress this week.
Fauci, who told Americans to wear masks, respect “social distancing guidelines” and follow the science, admitted this week that “social distancing guidance” was not based on science but rather “sort of just appeared.”
Fauci just admitted to Congress that the “6 foot social distancing” was made up and had no scientific data to back it up.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham mocked Fauci’s appearance before Congress, noting the doctor refused to answer basic questions from congressional leaders and said, “I do not recall” about 100 times.
In the interview with Ingraham, Dr. Rand Paul, a medical doctor and U.S. senator, noted that Fauci “approved the research” and apparently “does not know what the process is for having oversight of foreign research.”
Ingraham noted that Fauci, who was the highest-paid official in the United States, is “responsible for deaths” and significant “suffering.”
Paul claimed that “what Fauci says in private is largely true, and what Fauci says in public is largely a lie.”
Paul maintained that Fauci’s statements on “gain of function,” the origin of the virus, masks and vaccine effectiveness illustrate the above contention.
After reviewing Fauci’s testimony transcripts, Dr. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) chair of the House Select Committee on Coronavirus Pandemic said: “Dr. Fauci’s transcribed interview revealed systemic failures in our public health system and shed light on serious procedural concerns with our public health authority.”
Wenstrup, a doctor of more than thirty years, continued: “It is clear that dissenting opinions were often not considered or suppressed completely. Should a future pandemic arise, America’s response must be guided by scientific facts and conclusive data.”
Conservatives assert that this week’s statement by Fauci that the social distancing guidelines were not based on science but “sort of just appeared” is just one piece of a large and complex puzzle of deception that involved the White House, The NIH, CDC, FDA and WHO.
Paul said: “In public, to this day, [Fauci] still denies that they funded any gain-of-function research in Wuhan. It’s all an entire lie,” he said.
Fox News reported that some government officials assert that Biden and Fauci’s handling of the pandemic highlights a desire to protect China. Others argue the U.S. government not only funded illegal gain of function research in China but also in Ukraine.
