The Marvel character actor had previously indicated some of the injuries he suffered during his January accident.

“These 30 plus broken bones will mend, grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens,” Renner wrote in a January 21 Instagram post that included a photo of him in physical therapy. “Love and blessings to you all.”

Another Instastory included a pitch for his upcoming Disney+ program “Rennervations.”

“More info to come,” promised Renner. “Thank you for your patience … while I am in the shop now, working on me.”

Actor Jeremy Renner was run over New Years Day by heavy equipment he used to free a vehicle stuck in snow, police said at the time. A heavy winter storm had deposited nearly three feet of snow near Renner’s Reno residence.

Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam called it a “tragic accident” during a January press briefing. Balaam added Renner was not impaired at the time of the accident.

Balaam said Renner had freed his personal vehicle, being driven by a family member, from deep snow using a 14,000 lb. PistenBully. After the actor exited the PistenBully to speak with his family member, the snow clearing machine started to roll.

“In an effort to stop the rolling PistenBully, Mr. Renner attempts to get back into the driver’s seat of the PistenBully,” the sheriff said. “It is at this point that Mr. Renner is run over by the PistenBully.”

The actor reports feeling better as he continues to recover from the accident and Saturday posted a new photo to his Instastory, according to the Fox News report.

“Love is healing,” he wrote over a picture that showed him in bed with his dog cuddled up beside him in blankets. “Happy Valentines.”
