MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell informed “War Room” podcast host Steve Bannon he plans to sue House of Representatives Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Lindell claimed that McCarthy violated the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment protection of a free press.

“Yeah it’s as everybody knows Kevin McCarthy and the gang released [41,000] hours from January 6th to exclusively Fox News,” Lindell fumed. “Well, we’re not going to sit back and let that happen. This is our first amendment provision,” he said.

The podcast host noted that the pillow manufacturer has a lot of irons in the fire already and asked why pick this fight.

“Of all the stuff that you’re fighting everywhere, you’re trying to get the machines out, you’re running a company, you know, they’re trying to destroy Mike Lindell,” Bannon remarked. “Why of all the fights that we got, why would you pick on the going up to – telling McCarthy he can’t partner with Tucker?”

Lindell declared his belief that Fox would sift through the footage and only release what they want, adding he is tired of them “breaking our constitutional rights.”

“We have to stand up with everything,” Lindell said. “Just because they’re doing it everywhere, everything has to be addressed.”

He questioned why the media is not pursuing Fox, Tucker Carlson and McCarthy — not that Lindell TV is. Lindell said he considered the deal a First Amendment violation, adding his network is injured by not having been granted equal access. He further claimed the deal violates the constitution’s Equal Protection clause, resulting in discrimination by McCarthy.

“You don’t just give it,” Lindell stated, ‘it’s like a cover-up.”

He wondered why only Fox News received the January 6 footage.

“So they can cover it up even more?” he asked. “It’s disgusting. All of us, including War Room, we all need to see what’s on those tapes and we need to see all of them.”

Lindell claims a cover-up is being perpetuated by Fox and McCarthy, but his lawyers advised him to pursue Congress and McCarthy instead of Fox.

“We’re going to run this all the way to the Supreme Court,” declared Lindell. “I’m tired of our violations of our constitutional rights, Steve.”
