British-Nigerian influencer and businessman Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at age 43 after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand, according to a coroner cited by TMZ.
Ubiribo, who was also known online as Denisi or Ego, died from a pulmonary embolism that the coroner determined was caused by the cosmetic procedure.
The influencer had traveled to Thailand with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, in March when he underwent the enhancement treatment.
According to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court obtained by TMZ, Ubiribo had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis.
The procedure is intended to increase penile length or girth, but it can carry a number of potential complications.
The Cleveland Clinic lists possible risks of penis enlargement procedures including infection, inflammation, erectile dysfunction, loss of sensation and changes to the shape of the penis caused by scarring.
After undergoing the procedure, Ubiribo reportedly went to get a massage with his wife.
He later began suffering chest pain and lost consciousness twice, according to TMZ.
Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital, where doctors determined that he had suffered a pulmonary embolism.
A pulmonary embolism occurs when blood flow to the lungs becomes blocked, which can quickly become life-threatening.
Doctors reportedly attempted to save Ubiribo by performing CPR for more than 100 minutes.
Despite those efforts, he died on March 6 from complications related to the procedure.
Coroner Jean Harkin later confirmed that the pulmonary embolism was connected to the cosmetic surgery.
Ubiribo’s death was not publicly detailed until months later, when the circumstances surrounding the procedure emerged through the coroner’s findings.
The influencer was laid to rest during a funeral in London in May.
A friend known online as Celebrity Bar Man shared footage from the funeral and posted a tribute to Ubiribo.
“Rest Easy Brother @ego2222,” he wrote on Instagram.
“Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept For You. Today London Stood Still For You Tiny, We Love You, We Celebrate You & We Will Never Forget You Brother, We Lived Bro, Good Memories.”
Ubiribo had built an online following around his luxury lifestyle and frequently documented international trips and high-end experiences.
His social media posts featured destinations including Paris, Cape Town and Bali.
He also regularly posted about his relationship with Allen.
In June 2025, Ubiribo wrote publicly about his appreciation for his wife and described their relationship as permanent.
“I appreciate you more than words can say—this is forever, and I’m all in,” he wrote.
He added, “I love you deeply.”
In another post from 2024, Ubiribo described Allen as a major source of support in his life, per E News.
“Life has been nothing but complete with you by my side,” he wrote, adding that her “kindness, compassion, and steadfast support” had helped him through difficult moments.
Allen had also publicly celebrated their relationship, including a lengthy international trip the couple took together in 2025.
She said the trip lasted 30 days and included stops across three continents, four countries and 10 cities.
“To My Husband You Went Above & Beyond Thank You For Such A Memorable Summer,” she wrote.
In another post featuring footage from a helicopter ride, Allen described Ubiribo as “my love” and “my world.”
Ubiribo’s death has drawn new attention to the possible dangers associated with elective cosmetic enhancement procedures, particularly when complications involving blood clots or circulation occur.
The coroner’s findings linked his death directly to the procedure, making the case a stark example of the potentially serious risks associated with cosmetic surgery performed abroad.
