“If you can’t beat ’em, attack ’em” seems to be the mantra of the left. And so unscrupulous Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz posted personal details about the creator of the conservative platform Libs of Tik Tok. Lorenz’s post amounts to doxing.
The conservative platform Libs of Tik Tok often posts content that spotlights progressive agendas and initiatives — often embarrassing liberals who seek to push programs through under the radar.
In the past two years, the Libs of Tik Tok platform has accrued a follower base of 648,000+ on Twitter, 66,000+ on Instagram, and over 9,000 on YouTube.
As the left is “tolerant” of all things except what they oppose, the Washington Post determined to demonstrate journalistic integrity by revealing personal details about the creator of the conservative platform, including her name and location.
Fearing rage from the left, the creator, whom this platform will not name, is now in hiding. She tweeted:
“Words cannot express how appreciative I am of the support I’m receiving right now. Thankfully I’m currently holed up in a safe location. I’m confident we will get through this and come out even stronger. Grateful for all the thoughts and prayers ❤️.”
Interestingly, Lorenz, the Washington Post journalist who ran the article, recently shared in an interview with MSNBC in which she denounced online harassment. Hypocrisy knows no bounds.
Lorenz is also accused of posting photos of the TikTok creator’s family members and harassing them at their homes.
Not wanting to be outdone, The Daily Dot also ran a story on the TikTok creator, criticizing her for allegedly attending the January 6 protest at the Capitol.
The Washington Post article accuses the Libs of Tik Tok platform of having a “deep and far-reaching” impact and nefariously “shaping right-wing media, impacting anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and influencing millions by posting viral videos aimed at inciting outrage among the right.”
Lorenz also accuses the Libs of Tik Tok platform of “directly impacting legislation.”
The Florida State Press Secretary responded to these assertions with a tweet that said, “Taylor Lorenz, Bezos Post reporter, thinks that press secretaries write legislation,” along with a cry-laughing and clown face emoji.
Many question why liberal reporters attack platforms such as Libs of Tik Tok, as they simply repost videos that already exist.
