Rudy Giuliani, a Trump adviser and notable former mayor of New York City, has responded to damning allegations by a former employee. In a 70-page legal complaint, Noelle Dunphy, 43, charges Giuliani with sexual harassment and wage theft.
Dunphy is suing for $10 million plus attorney fees.
According to the complaint, Giuliani hired Dunphy in 2019 at an annual salary of $1,000,000. Her task was to assist Giuliani with “business development” matters.
RTM previously reported that Dunphy alleges Giuliani never paid her promised salary and forced her to provide sexual favors at his beck and call.
According to the Daily News, a spokesperson for Giuliani acknowledged that Dunphy and Giuliani were engaged in a “romantic relationship” when Giuliani was going through a divorce but denied that Dunphy was employed by any business or work associated with Giuliani.
On Wednesday morning, Giuliani responded briefly to the allegations in a statement to the Gateway Pundit:
I dated Noelle for approximately 2 months in early 2019. I found out she was kicked out of several luxury hotels for suspicion of prostitution.
I also found out that she scammed, elderly men by claiming rape. I broke up with her, and she continued to try to reach out to me. Even following me to several events and asking to take pictures.
She was absolutely never employed. She illegally taped me and illegally went in my email. – Rudy Giuliani
