New details in Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ death have been revealed in an autopsy and police report obtained by The Post Wednesday.
Following his postmortem examination, it was determined that the dancer did not have any drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death.
Additionally, the docs revealed that Boss’ widow, Allison Holker, told officers that “to her knowledge, [Boss] does not have a history of suicide attempts or suicidal ideation.”
She also told them that Boss did “not have any mental health problems, does not have any financial issues or marital problems.”
The “Ellen Degeneres Show” DJ was found dead on Dec. 13, 2022, at the Oak Tree Inn in Encino, Calif. — just 14 minutes from his home.
Shortly after, his death was ruled a suicide by a gunshot to the head, per the Los Angeles County medical examiner. They also said that the “Magic Mike XXL” star’s death showed “no signs of foul play” and closed the case.
As Page Six previously reported, West Valley Division officers responded to a call from the Inn at around 11:20 a.m. local time, where they found the 40-year-old in the bathroom of his room.
Staff at the Los Angeles motel told TMZ that he didn’t seem “visibly” upset when he checked in the night before with an overnight bag.
Holker — who celebrated her ninth wedding anniversary with Boss just days before his death — reported his disappearance to the police after she noticed Boss had left their home without his car.
