Jason Nelson, the CEO of Whole Cows, a prominent clean beef company, has taken a firm stand against the use of mRNA injections in cattle.
His position stems from concerns about government overreach, secretive infusion of mRNA vaccines into beef, and what he sees as a misguided focus on climate change, according to The Epoch Times.
“Several states are considering legislation to allow mRNA vaccines for beef cattle,” stated Nelson. He fiercely opposes the move and pledges he will shut down his business before allowing his products to be contaminated with mRNA pharmaceuticals.

Nelson, a physically disabled and highly decorated combat veteran, believes a war is being waged by globalists in the name of fighting climate change.
“I would say there is a war not only against beef, there is a war against Americans being healthy,” he said.
Nelson founded Whole Cows with a vision of providing customers with “clean beef.” His concerns about the safety and efficacy of mRNA technology aren’t limited to the bovine sector; he previously left his military career over apprehensions surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine.
“As far as the beef industry itself, it’s under attack from multiple angles,” Nelson said. “For them to say … all of a sudden … cows are bad—not all animals—just cows—that cows are the ones destroying the climate—it’s a scam.
“They seem to think that’s the way out of whatever imaginary climate crisis they’ve created.”
His clientele seems to resonate with his stance, expressing shared worries over possible pharmaceutical contamination of the meat supply, particularly the inclusion of mRNA.
Nelson has conscientiously worked to source cattle that haven’t been subjected to mRNA injections. His diligence has culminated in contracts with suppliers that can ensure a steady flow of such meat.
The efficient operations of Whole Cows have led to robust daily sales. Looking to the future, Nelson advocates for the freeze-dried food industry as a means to stabilize food costs and decrease dependency on daily grocery store trips.
The beef provider anticipates a considerable increase in global demand for freeze-dried food in the coming years.
Nelson’s perspective on lab-grown beef and insects as replacements for red meat is clear. “This is no longer a conspiracy theory,” he declared, implying his belief that these alternatives are promoted under the pretext of combatting climate change.
Pointing to government overreach across the globe, Nelson said: “Ask the farmers in the Netherlands [where the government is shutting down farms] if it’s a conspiracy. Ask the farmers who’ve had their land bought by China or Bill Gates here.”
Warning that America’s food supply chain is fragile, Nelson said: “It does not take much to cripple the food chain. Beef is, in my opinion, an icon. It provides everything from milk and cheese to leather goods to beef and everything else. If you want to talk about a mascot for food, the cow is it.”
In a world where many corporations are aligning their operations with prevailing climate change narratives, Whole Cows stands apart.
Nelson’s unyielding commitment to providing clean beef, free of mRNA injections, continues to find strong support among those who prioritize the natural integrity of their food sources.
