Barron Trump’s recent appearance in a family Christmas photo is a significant indicator of the unity between Melania Trump and former President Donald Trump, according to a source with close ties to the family.
The 17-year-old, who is usually kept out of the public eye, was featured in a holiday photo with his father, three siblings and other family members. Melania was absent from the photo, as she was caring for her ailing mother, Amalija.
“Melania’s decision to include Barron in this family activity, even if she couldn’t be there herself, might be a significant turning point, potentially fostering a new level of support between Melania and Donald,” Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former senior aide to Melania, told The New York Post.
“Barron’s appearance is truly monumental and shows Donald and Melania are in lockstep with one another. I believe we will be seeing more of him now. Nothing happens by chance with Melania.”
The photograph, shared by Kimberly Guilfoyle, Donald Trump Jr.’s fiancée, marks a rare public sighting of Barron. He was last seen publicly at Ivana Trump’s funeral in July 2022 and was spotted with both parents in November 2022 at Mar-a-Lago during Donald Trump’s reelection announcement. Additionally, he was seen leaving Trump Tower with his mother in June of the same year.
Wolkoff, once a close friend of Melania’s, experienced a falling out with her. She later released tapes of their conversations and authored a tell-all book, “Melania and Me,” in 2020. In the book, she highlighted Melania’s close relationship with her parents, Viktor and Amalija Knav.
“Melania has always taken care of her parents. I pray for Amalija,” Wolkoff stated to the New York Post. “She get[s] a kick out of keeping everyone guessing.”
According to Page Six, insiders suggest that Melania is preparing for more prominent diplomatic roles in 2024, following a Supreme Court victory in Donald Trump’s federal election subversion case. A source from Trumpworld revealed that Melania, feeling more confident after her appearance at Rosalynn Carter’s funeral, is ready to step into the role of a historic first lady.
“Melania realizes it’s her time to join the ranks of historic first ladies and leave her mark on history … She feels better prepared for her potential role the second time around,” the source disclosed. This newfound confidence is partly attributed to Barron’s age, as he is now 17, allowing Melania more time to focus on her role.
Melania’s recent appearances include a naturalization ceremony for new citizens at the National Archives. Wolkoff, continuing to share her insights, told CNN that Melania is committed to supporting Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.
“I do feel strongly that Melania Trump isn’t going anywhere. I believe that Melania will stay by Donald’s side. Throughout all of this, she is his partner in crime,” Wolkoff said.
