Resist the Mainstream strives to moderate comments in accordance with the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
There are, however, certain categories of speech that are not permitted even by US law. This includes but is not limited to:
- Calls to violence
- Threats or intimidation
- Promoting illegal substances
- Encouraging illegal activity
- Encouraging suicide
Additionally, we remove spam comments that are unrelated entirely to the article being discussed.
