Artists like Sam Smith, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Demi Lovato, and Megan Thee Stallion have all portrayed Satanic imagery in their art, from costumes to music videos and lyrics.
While some dismiss these expressions as mere theatrics or criticize them as a source of right-wing hysteria, former Disney star China McClain provides a contrasting viewpoint.
“People think this stuff is just a game, [but] there is a reason why you see people dressed up as Satan” or with “upside-down crosses … or pentagrams on their clothes,” McClain said. “They know good and doggone well that God exists; they also know that Satan exists. They’re just counting on the fact that y’all don’t know that, but either way, the things that you take in – that they’re feeding you – those things affect you, whether you realize it in the moment or not,” she added.
“I’m not going to sacrifice honesty in order to be politically correct,” McClain declared, showcasing her commitment to speaking her truth amid an industry often criticized for its surface-level engagements with serious issues.
Pat Gray of The BlazeTV expressed his support.
“Wow, good for her!” says Pat Gray. He admires McClain’s courage to voice her concerns, suggesting that her outspokenness might be why she is less visible in the industry today.
